Our site does not allow payments in installments.

To redeem your credit*, simply go to your shopping cart, access the payment page and enter the code in the "Discount Code" box before clicking "Validate".

* Please note that the refund of an order paid with a credit note will be automatically made as a credit note.

Once the order has been validated, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you can only return the items to us for a refund once you have received your package, within 30 days.

As an export outside the European Union or to overseas departments, items are invoiced excluding tax.

You will have to pay the administrative and/or customs fees applied by the carrier directly upon delivery.

Please note that if you refuse to pay these customs fees, the cost of sending and returning your package will be deducted from your order refund.
