Orders under €160 delivered to the UK are now
invoiced with VAT included and customs fees are waived.
For orders over €160, you will have to pay VAT to DHL.
Your orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop in Villeurbanne (near Lyon), France.
Items for sale on our site are in stock and therefore available for quick dispatch.
Your order validated and paid before 12:00 p.m. is therefore shipped the same day, except on Fridays, weekends, public holidays and promotional days where shipping takes place the following working day.*
Once shipped, delivery times for your order depend on your location. You can track its progress using the tracking number that will be sent to you by email.

Europe EU > 1 to 5 days
Europe outside the EU > 1 to 5 days
USA, Canada & Australia > 3 to 7 days
Other countries > 5 to 7 days
* Please note that during holiday periods, vacations, promotional offers, or sales, the preparation time for your order may be extended. You will be notified of the preparation of your order and its shipment by email.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number.
You can also track your order in your "My Account" area, then "My Orders." You will then find your package's tracking number in the details of your order.

As an export outside the European Union or to overseas departments, items are invoiced excluding tax.
You will have to pay the administrative and/or customs fees applied by the carrier directly upon delivery.
Please note that if you refuse to pay these customs fees, the cost of sending and returning your package will be deducted from your order refund.
Our site does not allow you to benefit from tax exemption.

If the part received does not correspond to what you ordered, we invite you to contact us directly here indicating your order reference, photos of the part received, the label attached to the part and the one stuck on the packaging.
If a part is missing from your package, please also write to us here with the name of the missing part and your order reference.
