How to make a return?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your parts to us.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition , with all accessories and tags undetached . Items must also be returned in their original packaging to ensure their protection.

Depending on the country you are in, the return procedures are different:

> Return from France - FREE

> Return from Europe (European Union) - FREE

> Return from Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Switzerland - €25

> Return from the Overseas Departments & Territories or a
other countries internationally: Returns are not supported.

TO MAKE YOUR RETURN

1. Click on the "Make a Return" link at the bottom of our instructions. You will need your order number and the email address or phone number you used when placing your order.

2. Prepare your return package

Place the parts to be returned in the box of your choice. Glue it on
the label received by email following your return request from your
account.


3. Send the package

Find a DHL Express collection point near you here .


You can also contact DHL Express customer service to arrange for your package to be collected from your home by calling 0825 1000 80.

Drop off your return package there within 14 days.

What are the conditions for a return?

After receiving your order, you have 30 days* to return your parts to us.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accessories and tags intact. Items must also be returned in their original packaging to ensure their protection.

Can I make an exchange?

For another model or another color, we invite you to make a return for a refund and to reorder on our site.

To exchange a size, make your return request and select the "Exchange item" option, then select the size of your choice. This option will allow you to create a new
order to reserve your part while we receive your return. The new order will be shipped automatically upon receipt of your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow approximately 4 to 10 working days after receiving your package to allow our Workshop time to process your return.

You will receive an email to let you know that the refund has been made.

Please note that the refund of an order paid for with a credit note will be automatically made as a credit note.

Gift wrapping and shipping costs are not refunded.*


*Also note that when a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from your order refund.

How to make a second return?

We only accept one return per order. A second return will therefore be at your expense.
